What isn't covered
Damage to swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, service tanks, cenral drives, walls, fences, gates and hedges unless your home is damaged by the same cause and at the same time
Caused by river or coastal erosion
Damage occuring while the building is undergoing domolition, structural alterations or structural repairs
