If the cost is known, this should be entered in whole pounds when completing your details for a quote.

If you are not sure of the cost of a previous claim you can still complete a quote. Just select ‘Unknown’ for the ‘Damage’ question. Alternatively, if the vehicle was a write-off and the cost is unknown, the cost field can be left blank.
